Commissions

Commissions is the application that manages the configuration and computing of agent commissions, mainly for the sale of electricity and gas.

Discontinued module

Commissions provides very technical, extensive agent commission configuration features, made up of user-configurable macros, to allow the most varied configuration of different, even very complex, commission models.

ITK Masters realized over time, however, that the user's profile necessary to configure this software must be an adequate technical profile, while the middle user's profile did not have the sufficient skills and mindset to configure such software.

Even when the user is able to configure or the user asks ITK Masters to proceed with the configuration, the middle customer does not have the adequate organizational expertise to understand that, even if it is possible to configure a very complex rule, this is a very bad rule because it's difficult to manage by the user himself.

And so after yet another request for a type of commission that not even those who formulate it is able to describe precisely and without ambiguity in written form, ITK Masters has reluctantly decided to stop selling this product while waiting to formulate a much more simple and binding version which prevents unnecessary complications.

Customers already in possession of the module will still be able to use the support service agreed in the various stipulated contracts.

Commission rules and lists

Multiple commission rules configured by default: fixed point, fixed supply period, variable deposit, variable balance on turnover, variable balance payable, early penalty payments, prizes at points and volumes.

The rules are highly parametrizable, allowing you to load conditioned on agency parameters, offers, offer types, products, customers, customer groups, etc ...
