Proffering for Customer

Proffering for Customer is a multi-platform application (iOS, Android, Web) mainly developed for mobile and distributed with the official stores of the various manufacturing companies that brings the smart connection between companies that sell utilities, particularly electricity and gas, and their customers.

The end customer can check their data, their bills, enter customer care requests, see the news, upload the car, change tariff plan, and participate in all the social activities planned by the company.

It is possible to link it to the Proffering application to allow you to manage your personal data, technical data and profile, invoices etc...

It can also work in full autonomy by linking, if possible, all the data needed from company data sources from the company DBs.

Showing supply data

Allow the customer to view their supply, contractual and other data in real time.

Volumes management and self-reading

Allow the customer to check their own consumption of the last year and to entry, in full autonomy, the self-reading.

Invoices and payment states checking

Allow the customer to view the list, status, and detail of the last issued invoices.
